Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee please provide a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule . The best way to cancel or change an appointment is online through your JaneApp profile. If its within 24 hours please email info@ohanawellnessclinic.com. Please note, if you leave a voicemail outside of reception hours it may not be received in time. Missed appointments are billed the full service charge.
Waitlist
Can’t find an appointment in our schedule add your name to the waitlist and be the first to be notified once an opening comes up.
Mask Policy
Masking is no longer mandatory but strongly encouraged. The unique nature of many of our services requires close contact. Your practitioner may request you to wear a mask for the duration of your treatment.
Direct Billing
Contact reception if interested in adding insurance to your profile.
